Trace the U88 PayID or OSKO Return Route
PayID and OSKO describe Australian payment routing, but the casino still controls method availability and approval. Confirm how funds enter and leave this exact account before relying on speed claims.

Save the payee identifier, amount, bank reference, account credit time and statement descriptor. Verify the receiving details inside the logged-in cashier on each transaction.
Do not reuse payment details copied from chat or an old screenshot. Processor accounts can change and a mistyped PayID may be irreversible.
- Cashier payee
- Bank reference
- Credit time
- Descriptor
Confirm withdrawal availability
Open the withdrawal menu and check whether the same PayID, an ordinary bank account or another method is offered. Record ownership requirements and limits.
A fast deposit is not proof of a two-way PayID route. If the original method cannot receive funds, ask which verified alternative applies before submitting.
Match names and account details
The player profile, depositing bank account and withdrawal destination should identify the same verified person. Resolve spelling or legal-name differences before a larger request.
Keep payment ownership evidence in the secure portal. Never send online-banking credentials or one-time codes to casino support.
- Legal-name match
- Destination details
- Method limit
- Secure verification
Trace a missing payout
If U88 shows pending, ask which operator review is open. If it shows paid, request the payment release time and trace reference.
Give the bank the traceable reference, not the casino username. Keep the operator case and bank investigation as linked but separate records.
U88 account questions
Is OSKO the same as PayID?
PayID can identify an account while OSKO is a payment service on the Australian NPP; the cashier decides the supported route.
Can support ask for my banking password?
No. Never provide a password or one-time banking code.
