Recover the Original U88 Account, Not a Replacement
A lost login does not erase the existing account. Registering again can create a duplicate tied to the same device, household or payment method, so recovery should stay attached to the original profile.
Open the current U88 account routeConfirm the original identity
Gather the registered email, username, approximate registration date and last transaction reference. Do not include a password in support messages.
Use the exact site hostname and the recovery link from its login interface. Ignore reset messages that arrive without a request.
- Registered email
- Username
- Last transaction
- Verified hostname
Request one reset
Send one request and use the newest link. Check spam and the sender domain before opening it.
If the email or phone changed, ask support for the secure ownership procedure. A public chat message is not an appropriate place for identity documents.
Avoid duplicate-account triggers
Do not register with a second email, reuse another person’s payment method or ask a household member to create an account for the balance.
Tell support explicitly that the original account has funds, KYC history or a pending withdrawal. Ask them to merge no data and create no new profile.
- No second registration
- No third-party payment
- Original case ID
- Balance preserved
Audit the recovered account
After login, change the password, close unfamiliar sessions and review profile, payment methods and transaction history. Record any balance or contact-data change.
If recovery is refused, ask for a reasoned account and balance decision. Do not pay a recovery or release fee outside the verified cashier.
